Cancellations Policy
Any missed appointment will be counted as one of your sessions and will be deducted from your session balance.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, this will count as a missed appointment.
If you simply do not show up for a scheduled appointment, this will count as a missed appointment.
There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, after which it is assumed that you are not coming. In such a case, this will count as a missed appointment.
If you are running late, please notify me and we will still have the session (although the session may be shortened if other students have appointments after yours).
As always EMERGENCY situations are inevitable and it is kindly requested that you provide the details as soon as possible. Situational cancellations will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about this cancellation policy, you may contact me at any time.
You will be granted 7 days to make up for your cancelled sessions.
